Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Canvas Press accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through our secure checkout.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders take between 5 and 7 days to process and print. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery method selected at checkout.
Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
A: Yes, if you are local to Austin/Round Rock, TX, you may pickup your order during our regular business hours. Just be sure to select "Local Pickup" under the shipping option during checkout. Please see our Contact Us page for our hours and directions.
Q: What if there's a mistake in my order, or if I want to cancel?
A: If you think your order wasn't properly submitted, or if an error was made, contact us and we will correct or cancel the order ASAP.
Q: Is my personal information secure?
A: Really Big Canvas respects your privacy. Your payment and personal information is never sold or distributed. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we use your information.
Q: Do you offer corporate or wholesale discounts?

Q: What kind of canvas do you use?
A: We print your favorite photographs directly on 100% cotton canvas that's 20mm thick, with a matte finish that has no reflection or sheen.
Q: Will my finished canvas look like the image on my computer monitor?
A: We pride ourselves on the highest degree of image accuracy. In most cases, your computer monitor does not display the true colors of the image. Using industry-best color management tools, your canvas will be a much higher quality, and will more closely match the true colors of a digital photo, than what may appear on your screen.
Q: What stretching options are offered?
A: We offer three different stretching options for your canvas. If you want to frame your canvas, select a "standard stretch" - whicht leaves room for a standard frame. Gallery Wrapped products (our most popular) arrive ready to hang with either the image, or a colored border, wrapped around the thick wooden stretcher bar - for a clean, modern look. If you plan on doing your own stretching and framing, select a "non-stretched" print.
Shipping and Returns
Q: What are the various types of delivery speeds?
A: Canvas Press offers four delivery methods via UPS:
- Ground: delivered within 2 to 7 business days after ship date
- 3 Day: delivered within 3 business days after ship date
- 2-Day Air: delivered within 2 business days after ship date
- Next Day Air: delivered the next business day after ship date
Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO?
A: No. UPS will only deliver to physical addresses. Besides, most packages would be too big for a mailbox anyway.
Q: How are canvas prints packaged?
A: Standard stretched and gallery wrapped canvases are shipped securely in a flat box. Non-stretched canvases are rolled and shipped in a packing tube.
Q: How do I return or replace a damaged canvas?
A: If you need to return or replace a damaged canvas, please email us to request a Return Form, then follow the instructions on the form. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order.
Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: At this time we do not ship internationally, but we plan to include that service in the future.
